EXPERT WITNESS

With extensive knowledge of the court systems around Australia and the various expert Rules, Rodney Hyman has provided valuation reports to both Federal and State Courts around. Australia and been called upon to provide expert witness services in these matters. He has even appeared for the insurers in a mining case based in the Central African Republic. Rodney Hyman and his valuers regularly provide reports and appear in Courts of all jurisdictions around Australia.

 

EXPERIENCE

Rodney Hyman commenced his career as a valuer more than 40 years ago after a short career in the law. Rodney built the largest plant, machinery and equipment practice in Australia under the name RHAS (Rodney Hyman Asset Services) which he sold to Aon Risk Services in 2014.

The experience listed in this Capability Statement is primarily the experience of the team at RHAS which Rodney was responsible for during the lifetime of the business from 1999 and continuing. Many of these assignments were personally completed by Rodney and the rest were completed by staff under his purview.
